高职教育服务地方经济的政策支持研究

经济要发展教育必须先行。办好高职教育是为地区经济发展培养人才最有效的途径。大力发展高等职业教育应得到政府和社会的广泛重视和重点支持。要使高职院校人才培养健康有序地发展,更好地为地区经济发展服务,必须以改革的思路去办职业教育。     

Linking customisation of ERP systems to support effort: an empirical study

The amount of customisation to an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has always been a major concern in the context of the implementation. This article focuses on the phase of maintenance and presents an empirical study about the relationship between the amount of customising and the resulting support effort. We establish a structural equation modelling model that explains support effort using customisation effort, organisational characteristics and scope of implementation. The findings using data from an ERP provider show that there is a statistically significant effect: with an increasing amount of customisation, the quantity of telephone calls to support increases, as well as the duration of each call.     

煤矿掘进支护当中的问题及应对措施

近年来,我国的科技技术及机械化程度迅猛发展,煤矿掘进支护在煤矿开采中的应用越来越广泛,备受煤矿企业和采煤施工人员的重视。本文就煤矿掘进支护中存在的问题以及应对的措施进行讨论分析,进一步确保煤矿开采的安全。     

Managing organizational entry in China: the roles of newcomer–supervisor exchange,incumbent support,and perceived insider status

The socialization literature has long recognized the important role of perceived insider status in facilitating newcomer adjustment, but knowledge on how to cultivate this desirable psychological state is limited. This study examines newcomer–supervisor exchange as an antecedent of perceived insider status of newcomers, which in turn facilitates their social adjustment and task mastery during organizational entry. We also explore incumbent support as a boundary condition for these effects. We conducted a survey study on 320 new employees and 92 supervisors in China. This study revealed that newcomer–supervisor exchange was related positively to newcomers’ perceived insider status, and perceived insider status mediated the positive relationships of newcomer–supervisor exchange with social adjustment and task mastery. In addition, incumbent support moderated the positive relationship between newcomer–supervisor exchange and perceived insider status, as well as the positive mediated relationships of newcomer–supervisor exchange with social adjustment and task mastery through perceived insider status. Specifically, these relationships were weaker when incumbent support was higher. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.     

Why We Should Change Our Attitude Towards Distressed Firms

This article surveys ‘creditor‐friendly’ and ‘enterprise‐friendly’ bankruptcy regimes with a focus on the methodology underlying the filter test in distress, as reflected both in its academic treatment and in legal practice. I find that the test exhibits pro‐liquidation bias in designating liquidation of a firm with recovery potential as the Type II error, and in underplaying the benefits of a possible turnaround. Further influences militating against continuation include the power conferred on creditors through the balance sheet criterion and the undervaluation of intangible assets. I make the case for reversing such biases to establish a presumption in favour of continuation.     

基于SVM的房地产财务决策风险预测及敏感性分析

本文以房地产上市公司的财务数据为参考依据,结合相关性分析,筛选并建立影响财务风险的指标体系;利用支持向量机建立财务风险分析预测模型;并使用灰色关联理论对指标进行敏感性分析,从而得到影响财务风险最敏感的指标。     

浅谈分离式立交满堂支架的受力验算

分离式立交在工程实际中应用广泛,施工中对满堂支架的强度、刚度、稳定性的要求较高,本文以某工程为例,验算该支架能否满足工程施工的要求。     

中小型高新技术企业初创期融资风险评价——基于模糊支持向量机融资风险评价方法

本文提出了基于模糊支持向量机的融资风险评价方法。该方法能够对融资风险进行有效地评价,从而为防范和规避融资风险提供依据。     

高应力复合顶板下煤巷锚杆支护技术的应用

针对平煤四矿己15-23110机巷高应力复合顶板支护困难问题,采用根据悬吊和组合梁理论设计的高强预应力可变形让压锚杆和均压鸟窝锚索联合支护技术,并进行了巷道围岩变形观测和锚杆拉拔试验。结果表明,该支护方式有效控制了高应力、复合顶板下巷道变形,为工作面安全回采提供了保证。     

高职物流管理专业(港口与航运方向)课程体系研究——以新里程(天津)公司工作过程岗位技能为导向

以工作过程岗位技能为导向的课程体系设置是严谨的过程,需要在对实体企业的实际工作岗位技能进行调研后,才能展开具体课程设置。文章通过对新里程(天津)公司工作过程岗位技能进行数月调研后,根据该企业部门岗位职能拟定出高职物流管理专业(港口与航运方向)课程体系。
